Chef Troc with more than 14 years  experience of cooking . He did worked in two five stars hotel same as Sofitel  and Equatorial Sai Gon in the main land about 3 years  and also experienced at find dining Restaurants in Sai Gon before working oversea  .

He not only working in the land ,  also  have been a chef for Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship and World Dreams Cruise Ship for more than 7 years and well  travelled  around the Asia Pacific .
