1. Starting time: 10 : 00 am

2. Duration : 3-4 hours

5. Language : English and Chinese ( Mandarin )

7. Schedule :

   • 10 :00  am : arrive at Troc’s Kitchen of Phu Quoc cooking class

   • 10 : 15 am : introduction with complimentary coffee or tea ( the learners will get the chance to share with our chef how to make the original Vietnamese dripping coffee .

   • 10 : 45 am : start to cook and taste the food course by course until done on each menu option . Complimentary drink are available

   • 14 :00 pm : Time to enjoy the fruit plate and receive certificate . End of the cooking class.

   • Noodle salad Saigon style ( bún thịt nướng)

   • Vietnamese pancakes ( bánh xèo)

   • Caramelized pork or fish ( thịt / cá kho tộ )

   • Steamed banana ( bánh chuối hấp )

10. Confirmation : book now and receive your confirmation instantly .Would you please present your booking reference number at the cooking school.

    • Our team always run small group to ensure that all our Foodies can hands on one by one and we also give you time to eat between each dish.

    • Recipes will follow by email after doing your class.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Full Payment class

Our policy last up until 14 days before your class start time . If you are within 14 days of your class , unfortunately we do not offer a refund . However we offer an exchange your class for any other Troc’s Kitchen and cooking class .

To be eligible for a refund , you must be outside the 14 days the refund will be doing 50 % just for the full payment with our cooking class.

For the deposit class

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund for any deposit of the class . However with thin 30 days you can exchange your class for any other Troc’s Kitchen and cooking class . We only exchange classes if they are within the defined time periods . If you need to exchange the class for the same item , would you please us an email at beptroccookingclass@gmail.com.
