   • 10 :00  pm / 16 : 00 pm : arrive at Trocs kitchen and cooking class Phu Quoc

   • 10 : 15 am / 16 : 15 pm : introduction with complimentary coffee or tea ( the learners will get the chance to share with our chef how to make the original Vietnamese dripping coffee .

   • 10 : 45 am / 16 : 45 pm : start to cook and taste the food course by course until done on each menu option . Complimentary drink are available

   • 14 :00 pm / 20 : 00 pm : Time to enjoy the fruit plate and receive certificate . End of the cooking class.

The morning session 10:00 am-14:00 pm.

1. Noodle salad Sai Gon style

2. Vietnamese pancakes ( Bánh Xèo ) highly recommend because our pancakes never usea any egg or animal products same like milk . We use fresh coconut milk and rice flour.

3. Caramelized straw mushrooms eat with steamed rice .

     ( nấm và đậu hủ kho )

4. Fried banana cake ( Bánh chuối chiên )

The afternoon session 16:00 pm -20:00 pm .

1. Vietnamese vegan/ vegetarian fresh spring rolls ( gỏi cuốn ) 

2. Vegan / Vegetarian deep fried spring rolls (chả giò chay )

3.Caramelized tofu / pan fired tofu lemongrass eat with steamed rice.

4. Steamed banana cake ( bánh chuối hấp )

Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Full Payment class

Our policy last up until 14 days before your class start time . If you are within 14 days of your class , unfortunately we do not offer a refund . However we offer an exchange your class for any other Troc’s Kitchen and cooking class .

To be eligible for a refund , you must be outside the 14 days the refund will be doing 50 % just for the full payment with our cooking class.

For the deposit class

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund for any deposit of the class . However with thin 30 days you can exchange your class for any other Troc’s Kitchen and cooking class . We only exchange classes if they are within the defined time periods . If you need to exchange the class for the same item , would you please us an email at beptroccookingclass@gmail.com.
