TROC'S KITCHEN AND COOKING CLASS

There is no better way to explore and understand a culture than through its cuisine. In an effort to showcase the diversity of Vietnamese food, Troc's Kitchen and cooking class team offers guests a unique experience in Phu Quoc island Vietnam.
Guests are introduced to their classroom in one of the professional Chef in Phu Quoc. Under the watchful eye of chef Troc , they can hands on to prepare and cook traditional Vietnamese dishes.
To complete the experience, all participants will receive a recipe files by email after back home so they can continue at home what they have learned in Phu Quoc.
The culinary journey with two schedule begins at 10:00 am -13:30 pm in the morning session and 16:00 pm-19:30 pm Troc's Kitchen and cooking class location. The Weekend and special class may take time about 1 hour than weekday classes.
All cooking classes require a 48-hour advance notice with a minimum number of students so you will have more time to practice and communication with our members. Any cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty.
